This data repository contains analytical data for the following submitted publication: Hong Y., Arbter, P., Wang, W., Navarro Rojas, L., Zeng, A.-P., 2020. Introduction of glycine synthase enables uptake of exogenous formate and strongly impacts the metabolism in Clostridium pasteurianum. The following datasets contain all analytical data for each cultivation experiments used for the characterization of Clostridium pasteurianum R525 glycine synthase mutant (GCSY1) in comparison with the wildtype Clostridium pasteurianum R525 (WT) strain.
