Description

Here we present total organic carbon (TOC) content, δ13CTOC, major and trace element concentrations, and Sr-Nd isotopic data of nineteen clay-size fraction samples from one industrial well (Arapaima-1) located in the Guyana-Suriname basin. These data are used to infer the provenance of the Cretaceous-Paleocene sedimentary succession deposited in the Guyana-Suriname basin. The related paper is submitted to Marine Geology (Roddaz et al. Provenance constraints on the Cretaceous-Paleocene erosional history of the Guiana Shield as determined from the geochemistry of clay-size fraction of sediments from the Arapaima-1 well (Guyana-Suriname basin))
