  • Effects of Grazing Abandoned Grassland on Herbage Production and Utilization, and Sheep Preference and Performance
The data is used in the publication entitled: 'Effects of Grazing Abandoned Grassland on Herbage Production and Utilization, and Sheep Preference and Performance' published in Frontiers in Environmental Science (doi: 10.3389/fenvs.2018.00033). The research hypothesis, experimental design, measurements, recordings and analysis, results and interpretation of results are described in the published paper.

  • Runoff, erosion and pesticide transport in a small catchment in Limburg - The Netherlands
The main data in this dataset are observed rainfall runoff events. During this events runoff, erosion and related pesticide concentrations in the particulate and dissolved phase are measured. For each runoff event timeseries are available of measured discharge (1 minute interval), suspended sediment (5 minute interval) and pesticide concentrations in both phases. In addition, we collected data from field observations and interviews with land managers, data is available on pesticide applications and concentrations of pesticides in soil.

  • Data underlying the publication: Exploring plastic transport dynamics in the Odaw river, Ghana
This database is the suplementary material for the scientific paper in preparation : Exploring plastic transport dynamics in the Odaw river, Ghana. The data contains the field data of floating macroplastics within the study area over the sampling period. Since the paper looks at exploring the dynamics of plastics to rainfall, tide and discharges data, the file also contains 1. the daily raingauge rainfall data accessed online through the TAHMO website 2. Tide data from online3. simulated discharges over the sampling period. This file also has the coordinates of the sampling locations for the study as well as the coordinates of the raingauges within the study area.

  • Code and secondary data of analysis on pesticide transport during rainfall runoff events
This repository contains the code and secondary data used for analysis and calculations on runoff, erosion and pesticide transport in particulate and dissolved phase. The analysis is done on an observational dataset in which rainfall-runoff events where monitored in a small agricultural catchment in Limburg, The Netherlands.
