Description

The purpose of this research is to investigate the productivity of cement industry by analizing customer needs. The design of this study used interviews and data collection through questionnaires at various manager levels in three national cement companies in Indonesia in 2017. Data analysis method using Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP combined with the implementation of FGD. The result of this analysis on the attributes of customer needs shows that the most appropriate strategy is differentiation. The practical implication of this research is that improvements in the production line with efficiency.
