Raw data (matrices and R-code) associated to the manuscript Persistence of avian haemosporidians in the wild: a case study to illustrate seasonal infection patterns in relation to host life stages. This study is carried ourt in order to analyze and visualize the temporal dynamics of the infection patterns of two avian haemosporidian lineages in their main host species in a wild community.
