Ramp-Duration-Controlled Symmetry-Protected Crossing and Mode Veering in Quasi-Static Thermal Buckling of a Perforated Variable-Angle-Tow Shallow Cylindrical Shell
Description
This repository provides processed data, figure-generation scripts, frozen vector figures, representative fitted thermal-shell finite-element input decks, and documentation for a numerical study of ramp-duration-controlled symmetry-protected crossing and mode veering in quasi-static thermal buckling of a perforated variable-angle-tow shallow cylindrical shell. The package supports reproduction of the reported branch topology, thermal-prestress work decomposition, parameter-neighborhood studies, and cross-method IGA/finite-cell and fitted thermal-shell FEM comparisons. MATLAB scripts regenerate all 12 figures from the supplied processed data. Original large solver databases and commercial software executables are not redistributed; representative input decks and processed results are provided. This repository is journal-independent and can accompany the associated study through submission to different journals.

Steps to reproduce
1. Download and extract the repository package. 2. Run code/python/check_integrity.py to verify SHA-256 checksums. 3. In MATLAB for Windows, change to code/matlab and run rebuild_all_figures.m. 4. Compare the regenerated files in figures/reproduced with the frozen EMF files in figures/frozen. 5. Use metadata/figure_table_map.csv to trace each figure, table, and reported quantitative result to its processed data and plotting script. The package provides processed evidence and figure-reproduction assets. The full IGA/finite-cell solver, commercial solver executables, and large solver databases are not distributed. Representative fitted thermal-shell FEM input decks and processed results are included.
