This dataset contains all measurements supporting the manuscript “A nodulation-mediated trade-off between warming responses and ozone sensitivity in soybean rhizosphere nitrogen cycling.” Included variables comprise: soil ammonium (NH4-N) and nitrate (NO3-N) concentrations; microbial biomass carbon (MBC) and nitrogen (MBN); activities of urease and hydroxylamine reductase; and abundances of key nitrogen-cycling functional genes, including nifH (nitrogenase), amoA for ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) and bacteria (AOB), nxrA (nitrite oxidoreductase), narG (nitrate reductase), nirS and nirK (nitrite reductases), norB (nitric oxide reductase), and nosZ (nitrous oxide reductase).
