Description

The HIV-Human-MTB tripartite protein-protein interaction dataset has been generated using bipartite protein-protein interaction between HIV-Human and MTB-Human. These bipartite interactions are physical interactions identified through various experimental methods.

Steps to reproduce

We have collected experimentally verified Human-HIV and Human-MTB PPI data from literature and databases. We merge all data and convert their ID to Uniprot ID by ID mapping. Further, we performed BLAST to merge human proteins with more than 98% similarity. And Last we remove redundant data. Then we use this filter data to generate the HIV-Human-MTB Tripartite protein-protein interaction dataset based on the common Human interactor between them.
