Untargeted metabolomics mouse feces

Description

This dataset contains untargeted metabolomics data from fecal samples of mice treated or not with antibiotics. Wild-type mice were treated or not with 2.5 mg/mL enrofloxacin for two weeks followed by two weeks of 0.8 mg/mL amoxicillin and 0.114 mg/mL clavulanic acid in drinking water. Principal Component Analysis revealed distinct metabolic profiles between the two groups.
