GC-IMS data set of authentic honeys from 3 biological origins: canola, acacia and honeydew. The files are in native .mea format and can e.g. be analyzed by our open source toolbox gc-ims-tools. An exemplary workflow can be found here: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.foodres.2022.111779
