Typologization of the Baltic region countries by the level of scientific and technological development
Description
The data set consists of indicators and their derivatives on the population, the number of researchers, including by activity sectors, R&D financing, as well as by activity sectors in ten countries of the Baltic region. The analysis of these indicators allows us to identify the types of the Baltic region countries according to the level of scientific and technological development and to reveal patterns of their development.

The data includes indicators for ten countries of the Baltic region over the period 2010-2019 (2020).The data source was statistical data of The Statistical Service of the European Union (Eurostat), the Organization for Economic Cooperation (OECD) and the Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation (Rosstat).
