Heart rate and body surface temperature of wild pale-throated sloths (Bradypus tridactylus) living in the Amazon rainforest were recorded in 5 min intervals using heart rate and temperature loggers. Ambient temperature nearby was also recorded. The data were summarised with the sex, weight, and ID of each individual.
