Description

Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a rare autoinflammatory condition that often presents diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.1 It has been linked to a deficiency of the interleukin-36 receptor 76 antagonist (DITRA). Currently, there are no universally-accepted, standardized, evidence-based 77 management guidelines. The purpose of this systematic review was to examine biologic use in pediatric 78 patients with GPP.
