Description

Data contain accesion numbers and full description of proteins identified in tears comparing retinoblatoma subjects and healthy controls.

Steps to reproduce

The proportion of each protein was calculated by dividing the mean of protein abundance from retinoblastoma patients by their corresponding proteins of health individual controls. A logarithm base 2 to fold change (Y-axis) as well as a negative logarithm base 10 (x-axis) to the p-value (≥0.05) was applied to remove skewness and improve visibility of the plot. Some of the identified proteins were excluded as they are quite possibly present because a source of contamination such as keratins. We set a coefficient of variation equal or less than 0.2, an ANOVA test (P ≤0.05) as well as Bonferroni correction was performed.
