The surface morphology was measured using a white light interferometer (SuperView W1, Chotest Technology Inc., Shenzhen, China). The microstructure was characterized using a scanning electron microscope (SEM, CEM3000A, Chotest Technology Inc., Shenzhen, China). Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS, Bruker, Germany) was employed to characterize the surface elemental composition. The tribological tests were conducted using a ball-on-disc module on a tribometer (TRB3, Anton Paar, Switzerland)
