Survey study on remote working in Turkey
Description
A survey study with a sample size of 190 participants from various industries (32.6% industry, 29.5% academic, 22.6% finance, and 15.3%) is generated within a research project called "The Mediator Role of Self-determination on the Relationship between Individuals’ Remote Work Engagement and Work-Life Balance". The survey items guided respondents to rate the degree to which they agree with statements assigned for each variable on a 7-point Likert scale ranging from “strongly disagree” (1) to “strongly agree” (7). The shared data file includes these survey items and respondents' rates for each of the items.
