Exploring a Dual-Factor Approach to Mobile Banking Continuance in Indonesia
Description
This dataset contains the raw survey responses and the PLS-SEM output used in a study examining the factors influencing the continued use of mobile banking services in Indonesia. A total of 509 responses were collected through an online questionnaire using a convenience sampling method. The constructs were based on the UTAUT and Status Quo Bias models within the Dual Factor Theory (DFT) framework. The dataset includes both the original response data and the structural model output files used for hypothesis testing.

Steps to reproduce
Open the dataset file RawData_MobileBanking.xlsx using SmartPLS 4. Import the project file MobileBankingModel.splsm into SmartPLS. Navigate to the “Model” tab and ensure that all constructs and indicators are properly assigned according to the research model. Run the PLS Algorithm to estimate the structural and measurement models. Use the default settings provided by SmartPLS 4 unless stated otherwise. Execute the Bootstrapping procedure with 5000 subsamples to assess the statistical significance of path coefficients and construct reliability. Access the “Results” section to review key outputs, including: Path coefficients and p-values Outer loadings and indicator reliability R² and effect sizes for endogenous constructs Model fit indices (SRMR, NFI, etc.) The outputs generated from this process correspond to the findings reported in the associated published article.
