A RCT to assess the effect of adding hypnoanesthesia to existing standard infiltration anesthetic technique as compared to standard infiltration anesthetic technique alone in pediatric population undergoing minor dermatosurgical procedures.

Description

“Magic Glove” hypnosis significantly reduced pain and preoperative anxiety.  Demonstrated sustained postoperative analgesia and favorable physiological responses. Simple, safe, and feasible non-pharmacological adjunct to local anesthesia. Enhances child comfort and parental satisfaction during procedures.
