Description
Research hypothesis: There are significant differences between DAA and DLA for isolated acetabular revisions in terms of post-operative functionality and improvement of HHS, surgical time and blood loss. In contradiction with previous literature, our study shows that DAA is inferior to DLA with regard to HHS, though our estimation is slightly biased in favour of DLA. In terms of post-operative functionality, surgical time and blood loss, the approaches are comparable, although shorter surgical time could be an important advantage of DAA.
