Steps to reproduce

Search Strategy A comprehensive search of the literature was conducted using Medline (via PubMed) and Embase databases. The goal was to identify studies comparing the clinical presentation of tuberculosis between older and younger adults. All retrieved references were uploaded to Rayyan, an online systematic review tool, where two reviewers independently screened titles and abstracts. Any discrepancies were resolved through discussion with a third reviewer.
