Description

Data and code associated with a new strategy for representing viral cDNA sequences, such as SARS-CoV-2, using a set of genomic signal processing techniques. The new strategy uses a pipeline of Chaos Game Representation (CGR) associated with Discrete Fourier Transform to be used in deep learning methods for viral classification.
