Steps to reproduce
1. Download the following files: "IPW for zero-inflated count paper code.R" (annotated R code) and "IPW-CR paper data.Rdata" (R data file). 2. Modify the location of the data file "IPW-CR paper data.RData" referenced in the R code to the location on your system. 3. Run "IPW for zero-inflated count paper code.R"" in R to replicate analyses, including the truncated Poisson models with weights applied, described in Rhew et al. (under review).
