Transcriptome dataset of BABA, SA, and EliceVakcina treated autumn barley in phytotrone cultivation
Description
Plant conditioners enhance yield and crop quality through nutrition efficiency and abiotic stress tolerance, which effects could be reinforced by the supplementation of resistance-inducing priming-active materials. Based on this hypothesis, we aimed to investigate plant responses to priming active agents of different natures, involving salicylic acid (SA) and beta-aminobutyric acid (BABA), with a combination of the plant conditioner product ELICE Vakcina®. Phytotron experiments and RNA-Seq analysis of differentially expressed genes using the combinations of these three investigated materials were performed in a barley plant culture. The deposited dataset are the partial results of the bioinformatics pipeline during the RNA-seq read processing.
