Steps to reproduce
Lipid peroxidation was estimated on the basis of their Malondialdehyde (MDA) content according to the manufacturer protocol (ZellBio, Germany). MDA was measured in acidic media and heat (90-1000C) colorimetrically at 535 nm. The determination of GPx activity in the liver, kidney, and blood homogenates were measured using ZellBio kits (ZellBio GmbH, Ulm, Germany). This assay kit was used to quantitative assay GPx activity on the basis of the colorimetric assay at 412 nm.
