Description

Data accompanying the article: "Limits of anoxic desulfurization of biogas rich in H2S through feedback control using biotrickling filters: Operational limits and multi-omics analysis." This dataset contains experimental results and analysis used for the development of all figures in the manuscript. The included data spans: 1. Biotrickling Filter (BTF) Experiments: Detailed datasets from the operation of the BTF under various conditions. 2. Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) Data: Processed sequencing data used to analyze microbial community composition and dynamics during BTF operation, contributing to the multi-omics analysis. 3. Proteomic Analysis: Proteomic datasets identifying key proteins in the biodesulfurization process, complementing the genomic insights. All data is consolidated in an Excel file, organized for clarity and ease of replication of the figures and analyses presented in the study.
