Description

This dataset explores the perceptions of faculty and staff regarding campus culture across three key dimensions: professional collaboration, affiliative collegiality, and determination and efficacy. Table 1 examines how faculty and staff perceive campus culture in terms of professional collaboration, focusing on teamwork, communication, and the effectiveness of cooperative efforts within both academic and administrative contexts. Table 2 shifts the focus to affiliative collegiality, investigating the relationships among colleagues, including the sense of community, mutual support, and collegial bonds that contribute to a positive working environment. Table 3 evaluates the perception of faculty and staff regarding determination and efficacy, assessing how confident and effective they feel in achieving their professional goals and contributing to the broader academic mission. Figure 1 provides an overview of the overall perception of campus culture, combining the insights from the three dimensions to offer a comprehensive view of how faculty and staff perceive the institutional environment. Collectively, these tables and the figure provide a nuanced understanding of the strengths and challenges of the campus culture, highlighting areas that could be enhanced to foster a more collaborative, supportive, and effective academic environment.
