Source data for paper "A generative artificial intelligence approach for antibiotic optimization" Folder Heatmaps_of_APEX_predictions_for_intermediate_optimized_variants_all contains the predicted MICs for the template, the endpoint (the final optimized peptide), and the intermediate peptides between the template and the endpoint. avg_improvement_rate.csv: Bacterial strain-wise average mean MIC improvement rate for each template optimization. avg_MIC_fold_change.csv: Bacterial strain-wise average MIC log-fold change for each template optimization.
