Description

Neonates are more hypersensitive to painful stimuli, due to their immature nervous system and decreased inhibition of nociceptive pain. Because neonatal pain has such a negative impact on new-born, it is crucial that medical practitioners understand this impact. This can help neonates to reduce their pain and also decrease the adverse effect in them
