Dataset of Soil Health, Yield and Biomass on Maize Hybrid Under Fertilizer Technique
Description
A set of data including raw data, analyzed table and a graphic was obtained from the study used a factorial randomized block design repeated 3 times. The first factor was organic fertilizer, where the second one was inorganic fertilizer. The main factor have 5 levels, namely: control, biofertilizer usage, ameliorant usage, combination biofertilizer and ameliorand. The sub- factor consisted of 4 levels : 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% of recomendation dosage. The observation included: biological and soil chemistry, such as pH, organic carbon, This study used a factorial randomized block design repeated 3 times. The first factor was organic fertilizer, while the second factor was inorganic fertilizer. The main factor have 5 levels: control, biofertilizer usage, ameliorant usage, combination biofertilizer and ameliorand. The sub- factor consisted of 4 levels : 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% of reccomendation dosage. The observation were soil chemistry such as pH, organic carbon, and Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC); and biological namely: total soil bacteria, plant growth and yield samples were collected during late vegetative phase using field equipment. The main objective of this research is to evaluate whether organic fertilizers can enhance soil health, promote better maize growth, achieve optimal yields, and ultimately replace inorganic fertilizers to reduce their excessive use. The data can be used to study the effectiveness of organic fertilizers in reducing dependency on inorganic fertilizers, while also promoting healthier plants and better overall crop yields

Steps to reproduce
The soil sampling was conducted by collecting composite soil samples from a depth of 0-20 cm around the field perimeter. The soil was air-dried, ground, and sieved using a 2 mm sieve. Subsequently, the samples were analyzed in both biological and soil chemistry laboratories. pH was measured using a glass electrode. Organic carbon content was determined using the Kjeldahl method, and Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) was analyzed using distillation methods. Total soil bacteria were quantified using the TPC method on selective media. Plant growth and yield samples were collected during late vegetative phase using field equipment. Statictical Analysis use the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application and Duncan's multiple range test with a 95% confidence level to determine the differences in mean values between treatments.
