Cultural Adaptation of CBT for CUD in Peshawar: Multi-methods Protocol Supplementary Data

Description

This dataset contains supplementary materials for the study on the feasibility and acceptability of culturally adapted Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CA-CBT) for patients with Cannabis Use Disorder in tertiary care hospitals in Peshawar, Pakistan. The materials include screening instruments (CUDIT), patient questionnaires, informed consent forms, participant information sheets, interview and focus group guides, co-adaptation workshop invitations, and observation checklists. The supplementary data provide transparency and support replication, adaptation, and future research in similar cultural and clinical contexts

Steps to reproduce

This dataset was developed within a PhD project under the CONTROL programme (NIHR, Award ID: NIHR201773). Data were gathered using standardized instruments (CUDIT, FIM, AIM, IAM), patient questionnaires, and semi-structured IDIs/FGDs guided by the Southampton Cultural Adaptation Framework. Ethical protocols included consent forms, information sheets, and stakeholder workshops. All materials are provided in standard formats (DOCX/PDF), with no proprietary software required.
