Description

The findings suggest that TGLON is well-tolerated by MRC-5 normal lung cells while concurrently demonstrating inhibitory effects on various cancer cell lines, including A-549 lung cancer cells, HepG2 liver cancer cells, MCF-7 breast cancer cells, MKN-45 stomach cancer cells, and MOLT-4 leukemic lymphoblasts. Further, animal models have revealed that TGLON can effectively and safely attenuate the progression of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis without inducing acute oral toxicity, highlighting its substantial therapeutic potential.
