This dataset contains Xenium spatial transcriptomics profiles from tumor-bearing mouse omentum samples generated in Mateus-Tique et al., Cancer Cell, 2026. Tumors were treated with either control therapy or IL12.aFOLR2.CART, and tissues were harvested 10 days post-treatment. Spatial in situ gene expression was measured using the Xenium In Situ v1 chemistry (10x Genomics) with a custom gene panel designed and quality-controlled in collaboration with the 10x Genomics panel design team.
