Description

In this in vitro study low concentrations (1, 5 and 10 µg/mL) of fibronectin (FN), laminin (LM) and type I collagen (COL) were used to assess their bioactive effects on human apical papilla cells. The data related to the results obtained through the methodologies developed in this study are organized in spreadsheets (xlsx file). The images related to the evaluation of chemotaxis were grouped in a single file (tif file). The images related to the assessment of cell adhesion and spreading were grouped in a single file (tif file).
