Description
High-throughput PacBio sequencing data for heteroduplex DNA (hetDNA) analysis
Files
Steps to reproduce
1) Use DNA sequences in files "recipient.txt" and "donor.txt" for sequence alignment. 2) A complete list of forward and reverse barcodes can be found in "BarcodedPrimers.txt". Unique barcodes associated with each repair condition for each PacBio sequencing library are provided as separate ".txt" files. In each barcode ".txt" file, each line represents forward and reverse barcodes used for the two reciprocal crossover products for each recombination event. Specifically, forward and reverse barcodes for the doubly truncated and full length LYS2 alleles are listed on left and and right, respectively.
