Description

The database presented in this supplementary document is a fundamental part of the article "Adaptive Stochastic Approach for Solving Long-Term Hydrothermal Scheduling Problems." This document features a hydraulic cascade based on the Brazilian electrical system, utilizing real data from 64 hydroelectric plants. The incremental inflow scenarios are derived from historical Brazilian data for the period between 1931 and 2019, along with the consumed demand. A general description of the dataset structure is provided in the DataSets.pdf file. The information contained in the tables described in the DataSets.pdf file is also provided as supplementary material in Microsoft Excel (DataSets.xlsx) and LibreOffice Calc (DataSets.ods) formats.
