Description

Raw data from Illumina MouseRef-8 v2 Expression BeadChip microarray. ALDH1L1 bacTRAP mice were exposed to a single dose of MPTP (12.5 mg/kg, s.c.) or saline and sacrificed at 12, 24, or 48 hours post-exposure. Astrocyte RNA was isolated from pooled striatal tissue (7 mice/sample; 2-3 samples per group) following the TRAP procedure [Heiman et al. (2014) Cell type-specific mRNA purification by translating ribosome affinity purification (TRAP). Nat Protoc, 9: 1292-1291.]
