Original, uncropped raw data files of EMSA, dot blots and western blots associated with the study: "Cytoplasmic mRNA decay controlling inflammatory gene expression is determined by pre-mRNA fate decision". The study identifies pre-mRNA to be the main target of immunoregulatory RNA-binding protein tristetraprolin (TTP), which by its nuclear RNA targeting strategy regulates the fidelity of inflammatory responses. The lead contact will share the raw confocal imaging data reported here upon request.
