Extent to which the Type of Construction Firm Influence the Adoption of Lean Principles in Ghana.

Description

Small and Medium–Sized Enterprises (SMEs) are faced with issues in implementing lean principles. This study was conducted to determine the extent to which the type of construction firm influences the adoption of lean principles in Ghana. This is a survey research which employed the convenience sampling technique. The study covered all regions of Ghana. Three hundred and eleven (311) quantitative questionnaire responses were gathered and analysed statistically using SPSS version 27. The study employed descriptive statistics and inferential analysis (exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis) to analyse the quantitative data gathered.
