Description

Table S2: Patient clinical histories, related to STAR Methods section ‘Patient Clinical History’. Here we include all patients, days in intensive care unit, date of brith, age, sex, country of origin and whether they have a particular phenotype as described in Table 1. Table S3: Differentially affected genes between cases and controls, related to STAR Methods section ‘Prioritization and Selection of Affected Genes’. We counted number of cases and controls with high impact variants in each gene as defined by the Variant Effect Predictor (VEP). We include only those genes differentially affected (cases vs controls) with a threshold P-value (chi-square) with Bonferroni correction < 4.47E-05 (=0.05 / 1,118 degrees of freedom (df); df= total number of genes: 1,119 - 1).
