Code to describe and characterize the proposal for closed-label crossover extension of clinical trials for epilepsy.

Steps to reproduce

The functions necessary to run the simulations are in the R file starting with Functions. You should run the whole Functions Script. You can review the TrialsRealisticSims file to review which simulations you want to run. Some of them take a LONG time. The csv files that are created from these simulations are read by the MATLAB files to create the figures.
