Hans SnoeckDescription
The two .bam files uploaded contain aligned sequence data for sc-RNAseq of phenotypic HSCs sorted from culture after 14 days in high and low calcium chloride media. The excel file contains the differential expression analysis of genes extracted from the three gene clusters (Cluster A, B, C) identified by multidimensional data visualization and analysis.

Steps to reproduce
Cells were sorted on an BD Influx cell sorter and cells were sorted directly into lysis buffer. RNA extraction, cDNA library construction and sequencing and differential gene expression analysis was performed by the Columbia University Genome Center Sequencing Core. Data were visualized and statistical analyses were performed using the Seurat package in R Project.
