Description

These MATLAB files contain the following matrices for each strain and condition indicated, which covers the lifespan of the fission yeast cells for the duration of the experiment: expdate = date experiment was completed on, in YYMMDD format d = pixel length of cell at each time point. Row number is time point number, column number is cell identifier. t = specific real-world time that the data was collected. Row is time point number, column is cell identifier. Matches up with matrix d. dvlc = time point number for each cell division event. Row is the division number, column is cell identifier. Matches up with matrices dvln and dvtm. dvln = length of the cell immediately after division. Row is the division number, column is cell identifier. Matches up with matrices dvlc and dvtm. dvtm = specific real-world time that a cell divided at. Row is the division number, column is cell identifier. Matches up with matrices dvlc and dvln. ndv = vector of the number of divisions of the cell in each channel, where the column is the cell identifier. fstatus = vector of the final state of the cell in each channel, where the column is the cell identifier. -1: lost/ejected, 0: empty, 1: dies, 2: survives outfile = name of the matlab file. CTper = number of channels per field of view FOVset = vector of numbers identifying the fields of view during image collection
