Description

The dataset includes a broad spectrum of epidemiologic, microbiologic as well as clinical data focused around the phenomenon of urinary sepsis (US) occuring in kidney transplant recipients (KTRs). The hospital records of the Regional Transplantation Center were screened for cases of KTRs hospitalized for urinary sepsis in years 2014-2019. Subsequently, a 1-year follow up was performed with the use of medical records from the Outpatient Transplantation Clinic. The articles that were derrived from this dataset focus especially on: the relationship between US development and long-term transplantation outcomes; the impact of immunosupressive regimen managment on US treatment outcomes; epidemiology of US in this patient population and causative microrganism (for both urinary sepsis and urinary tract infection).
