Description

This dataset provides a complete insight into the customers' perception of the Impact of CSR-Image on Customer Loyalty Creation in Indian Commercial Banks. the data were collected using a convenient sampling method from 308 customers of commercial banks. This dataset will be useful in designing CSR policies in commercial banks. further, it will be more helpful in understanding the CSR actions towards the Customer-Company identification process in the banking sectors.
