Visuo-vestibulo-ocular motor computational model, Bacqué-Cazenave et al, Locomotion-induced ocular motor behavior in larval Xenopus is developmentally tuned by visuo-vestibular reflexes
Description
A computational neural network model created with the NEURON 7.3 program. This model simulated visuo-vestibulo-ocular motor network in Xenopus. Quick instruction (see quickstart guide for more details): Use a clean install of Neuron program. Briefly for Windows system, install Python environment (like Anaconda Individual edition) and Neuron program (see complete instruction here https://neuron.yale.edu/ftp/neuron/2019umn/neuron-quickstart.pdf). Copy/Paste the folder "simulXenope" into your hard disk root (c:). Generate nrnmech.dll file from mod files in simulXenope folder with nrnivmodl from Neuron software. Copy/paster dll generated to "Xenope09" folder. In "Xenope09" folder, double click on "XenopeCPG09c.hoc" to start the GUI and set simulation parameters. Parameter exemples are available in the folder "Data" to reproduce spino- and oculo- motor signals performed in the manuscript/fig 6.
