Data was collected from Malaysian Higher Education Institutions to measure the University Image and its outcomes among the international students. Self administered structured questionnaires were used to conduct the survey. international students from various disciplines were participated in the survey. 7-point Likert scale was used. Based on the findings of this study the relationships among the university image and its consequences seems to be significant .
