Description

The tributirin medium is widely used to test the lipase enzyme, which is exoenzyme, which is able to hydrolyze the medium containing tributyrin oil. Lipase plays a role in breaking the lipid complex into simple fragments. Tributyrin oil is a type of lipid group called triglycerides.
