Description

Raw data for Western blots and cell counting associated to the following manuscript Vincent Hisler, Paul Bardot, Dylane Detilleux, Andrea Bernardini, Matthieu Stierle, Emmanuel Garcia Sanchez, Claire Richard, Lynda Hadj Arab, Cynthia Ehrhard, Bastien Morlet, Yavor Hadzhiev, Matthieu Jung, Stéphanie Le Gras, Luc Négroni, Ferenc Müller, László Tora and Stéphane D. Vincent RNA polymerase II transcription initiation in holo-TFIID-depleted mouse embryonic stem cells In these study, we analyzed the impact of the conditional deletion of two genes coding for tow distinct TFIID subunits TAF7 and TAF10 in mouse embryonic stem cells. We investigated the impact of these deletions on TFIID assembly, TFIID chromatin binding and nascent transcription to evaluate the ability of partial TFIID complex to initiate RNA polymerase II transcription initiation.
