Steps to reproduce

For supplement 1: Each patient was assigned a disease burden score, a metric designed to numerically quantify the overall disease burden experienced by each individual patient. More information is included in the supplement. For supplement 2: The data was gathered by obtaining the number of Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Clinics around the nation separated by region, number of patients out of the 50 Gorlin Syndrome patients, number of group practice offices, and the number of Gorlin Syndrome patients per group practice office.
