Description

How is shared leadership practiced? To answer this questions, we conducted three focus groups in Austria in November 2023 with shared leadership teams from industry, a university and in professional cycling sport. This dataset shows the evaluation (codes) in MAXQDA. Finally we developed a Process Model of Shared Leadership Development.

Follow the codebook in the dataset. The evaluation was based on the qualitative content analysis according to Kuckartz (2012).
